Jonathan Packman has dedicated much of his professional life to serving values-led food businesses in senior executive and other leadership roles.
In his consulting practice Jonathan offers his 15+ years of experience and extensive knowledge of the complex and evolving food industry to help food innovators to grow healthy and sustainable businesses.
Jonathan earned the Master of Management in Hospitality degree from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, and a BA focused on Environmental Policy & Law at the University of Vermont.
He studies Brazilian jiu jitsu as a blue belt under Professor Eduardo Fraga of Ralph Gracie BJJ in Berkeley.
Jonathan and his wife Liz live with their two sons and dog Jet in Berkeley, California.
